  • Set up structured routines in your day to check social-media accounts. Just like going to work, eating or sleeping, checking your sites should be something you planned to do.
  • Set specific goals or plans. When you log on, ensure that it’s not a random, aimless activity. Logging on should be limited to once or twice a day.
  • ROI should be measured based on what you hope to achieve for your company.Whether you’re trying to market your company, recruit employees or  stay up with industry trends, your goals should reflect that time spent on social media.
